At TooTimid.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the personal nature of our products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, factory-sealed packaging and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a plain, discreet box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
